The image url producing login dialog which cannot be handled programmatically hence the pdf cannot access it. Please fix the url. -

The images do exist and the rights for folders are 755, for the images 644. Just as they should. It worked before I have updated CommunitySurvey... so I wonder, why... -

In your menu "Community Answers Menu -> Food & Restarants", you have choosen General category instead of Food & Restarants category. Hence the url rendered... -

I'm positive that the answer exists here somewhere because you answered it for me back in March, but I can't find it here in the forum or in any emails from tech support....
