Emails are not being sent because you have disabled manual cron. I am not sure if you have a cronjob to trigger the mails. I can see all mails in CjLib pending email queue. -

As I said before, CjBlog Category menu items only for blog category pages. For articles, create Joomla Article Category menu items for TOP level categories. -

In the "Extended Options" tab "Points/Response" is set to 10. Is that not where you assign value to a correct answer? Also, what about the email alerts not... -

Data is kept for future usage. Charts can simply ignore the precision if need not display it. -

This is a known bug and already fixed. User will be warned about not selecting any tracks. -
