All files are stored in the same folder, hence it is not possible to keep the same name of the file you are uploading. I believe the name of the file you are downloading... -

You can export the survey as an xml file and import it later. Please note export will do only survey, not the responses. -

That must be a bug. The code at line 62 is causing the email triggering block never gets executed. return true; will fix this in next release. -

That's strange. Your manual cron was disabled before. Did you check the mail sending function after enabling manual cron? -
