I've Disable rating from : GPS Tools / Options / Permission / Rating Track / = DENIED (Public User) No change, Track stars evluation are still there... -

Please disable Rate permission to the user groups and this block will be hidden. -

You need to select list of track stats that you would like to display (in the order you wish). If you leave this box empty, all information will be shown. -

That looks strange, the delete function already there in the current release. Can you check if any of the files in this directory are write protected? -
