After trying for a couple of days to figure the cause of the Next button on my Community Surveys form not working because of jQuery conflicts or whatever I need to ask for help here.

The Firebug Console tells me I have an error

TypeError: $(...).colorbox is not a function    in file    cj.surveys.min.js (line 834)

I have tried using jQuery Easy v1.6.1 with no luck but I'm no expert in using it. I don't think it is a JavaScript conflict.

Hoping for help as the form is currently unusable.

I'm interested in Community Surveys product, but first I'd like to check something with you.

I need to validate a user at the beginning of survey - this needs to be done by 2 fields -> date of birth and email address, which means I'd like to import those 2 validation requirements/data fields per user preferably in csv format. This data would come from database of our customers. After validated user submits survey, no more submissions are allowed.

Is it possible?

I understand the product can be intergarted with many other software ie AcyMailing, but I have already Sendy set up for marketing campaigns and setting up another marketing software would create additional work.

I noticed that the 2 xml files for AUP have exactly the same contents even though the file names are different.  As a result, only the rules for New Responses can be installed within AUP.

Could you please update the rules and let me know when the new Zip file is ready for download?

I presume the setup for AUP within Community Surveys is correct as is - is that correct?

I'm planning to subscribe to Community Surveys and CJ Forum but want to better understand the functionalities before proceeding with the purchase.

1) Is it possible to set up a default structure for user-built surveys to automatically pull certain customized profile data field(s) from CB?

2) Is it possible to set up reports to only show summaries of data/analysis to users (without details of individual input) regardless of whether it is the initiator or participant?

3) Is it possible to limit visibility of reports only to those who participated in the respective survey?

4) How integrated is Community Surveys with CJ Forum?  I'd like Forum members of certain levels to be able to initiate and participate in surveys as well as be able to access summary reports.

I tried to configure a site getting it ready for production similar to how I had surveys working in the test system. The permission functionality for Surveys is not working.

I'm using surveys in articles. The article is configured for Public access. But the surveys in the article are configured to only allow a new User Group and Access Level to see them. 

When I go to the page without logging into the website (so public user), I can go to the article, see the surveys, and take them. I should see the page but get the notice saying I'm not authorized. I had this working before so it's something overriding the setting somewhere. Any idea what it can be. Here is the setting one of the surveys:

We didn't use Community Survey for a while and didn't have an active subscription anymore. Now we started to use it again and I ran into a problem. Probably because we had an older version, so I bought a new subscription but the problem stays. We are using version 5.5.2 now in Joomla version 3.9.22.

I would like to display a Consolidated Report but it's only visible to existing administrator accounts (super users) but not to public. A new user with superuser permissions doesn't see it either, only a couple of longtime admins can see the report after they log on.

I did exactly the same as before but I can't get it to work. What did I do? Created a survey of course, created a Community Survey Consolidated Report module (with the ID of the survey inside) and created an article to call the module based on {loadmoduleid xx}. Hi there,

Is there a feature to copy a survey from the front-end. I've used the category layout and my surveys list layout to see all surveys I've created (front-end view). However, when I hit 'edit', I only get the Cancel' or 'Save & Exit' options, no 'Save as Copy' option which is available in the backend.

Is there a possibility to do the same in the front-end? If not, is it planned for the future?

how about a Custom CSS Field not only for the questions but also for the Page Headers? Whould be a great addition to customise the layout of your component further and sort questions under some topics on one page.

And another idea is to allow using breaks (<br>), <b>- and <i>- Tags in the title. In my case I need it to seperate some questions that sounds nearly the same, but the meaning is changed by one word, so that the user is likely to be confused.

I would like to ask is there a way for me to select what are the fields to be included or adding extra field such information from the user detail in the CSV report download? 

When I try to copy a survey I get the following database error:

Duplicate entry 'HhNReo7jElubjIf6' for key 'idx_survey_surveys_surveykey'

Tested version is 4.6.6.
To produce this error, I go to "Surveys", Mark a survey in the list by checking the box, selecting the button "Batch", choosing a category and then select the option "Copy", then I click on the button "Process".
Result is error number 1062 with the message shown above.
Can Europe produce this behaviour in your environment? If not, please let me know, and then I will send you access credentials for the affected environment.

Is there something implemented in Community surveys or community polls to detect fraudulent andwsers.

For example people who are just submitting the form as fast as they can, without really thinking of their answers.

I installed the component community survey, but I can't save my first survey from admin panel.

When i click on the save button, i get this message in the javascript console :

TypeError: document.id is not a function index.php:597 . Each time i clock on the save button, the message repeat ..

I created 3 categories of surveys. And this 3 categories contain surveys.

In the module, I want to display the recent surveys published in the 3 categories.

The problem is that the module offers only the selection of a single category.

Then how to proceed in order to select several categories.
