You need to do custom development for such a feature. The survey is mainly used as a feedback tool and does not perform any calculations on the data. -

It works. But if the answer is chosen all answer with comments is painted in a uniform gray tone. -

Right now guests on my site does not see the comments. Nor before upgrade to 5.0.9, neither after upgrade. -

Earlier the comments can be seen only when the user has answer permission. However, the guests should see the comments if they can see answers/question. The fix is for that.... -
