Bootstrap 3 was definitely better. Bootstrap 4 made the layout look not very good. I'll wait and see what the template devs say and if there's no obvious fix,... -

Page cache doesn't go well with dynamic content. It is strongly recommended to turn of that plugin and use conservative caching option in global configuration. -
