One of your plugin (belongs to the com_jsn component) is transforming any user name to its own profile link. But since this is already a link, it is making the link unusable.... -

The issue is caused by your com_jsn component plugin. Try to disable the system, user and content plugins of it one by one and see which one is causing the issue. -

The emails are scheduled in the cjlib email queue and will be sent when the schedule is run. You can setup cronjob if you wish. -
