Hi Write permission are OK (755) for all folders. And it seems to be working OK, all files are there as far as I know. -

This looks to be a bug. The permission is over-restrictive and shows the comments only if you have commenting access. I will fix this bug. -

This is expected. localhost does not have any ip address and hence the error. For GPX Tracks module: Try to enter "Tracks count" option to higher value. -
