Yes, Categories are listed as ADMIN Cat order. But, from changelog, I've thought that you've fixed: Aphabetical / Reverse alphabetical order as these selections are... -

The categories are ordered in the same order as you do in categories page of backend. Are your categories are correctly ordered? -
