If you set parent group denied, you cannot allow child group. Set inherited for parent group which will deny permission by default. -

I don't think that is possible other than modifying the ids of the answers/poll in the database table xxx_jcp_votes. -

Are you sure you are using the CSS file which is loaded after the community surveys css file? Otherwise, most likely your changes will not be effective. Where can I see... -
