You should see Edit link beside the user name on the profile page. Isn't it visible on your website? -

You need to add the user subscriptions by adding them manually in the database. table PREFIX_answers_subscriptions. -

Yes, it was investigated and found that the google maps do not allow me to insert the charts in infowindow. so this is not possible. -

Go to Integration tab and you can choose the "Default Layout" option. I cannot tell you exact problem without seeing it as it looks to be css issue. -
