Are you referring to category quiz? If yes, you can choose number of questions shown at a time if it is category quiz. Regular quizzes will be shown whatever the way you xreate... -

It depends on how you create your quiz. Create only one question per page and the user will be shown only one question at a time. Add as many pages as you want. -

no, same deal. Community Quiz value is set to 0 (per tool tip suggestion) and ES point rule is set to 100 I just had a new user get 100% and they received 1... -

You cannot award points multiple times to the same user on same quiz. Try with different quiz. -
