What I did is, drag and drop the question to a new order. Refreshed the page and I can see the question in ordered place. Am I missing something here? Sorry about it,... -

The fields are generated using javascript, so they cannot be exported as-is to pdf. However, I try to provide some workaround on it. -

Solved, the problem was restricting site from external access adding to .htaccess at root the following lines:--AuthType BasicAuthName "[ Area Test ]"
