In CjForum, we do not enforce topic level permissions due to performance constraints. Only category level permissions are checked. -

No. It supports only one file. You need to create multiple questions for multiple files. -

Can you clear your browser cache and try? I accessed your backend and able to see the consolidated report correct, the screenshot was from backend. -
