You need Smart Search plugin. Download and install CjForum v3.3.5 and enable Topics Smart Search plugin. -

Profile page is accessible to all users unless you create a profile menu item and restrict it to specific access levels. -

Sorry, my bad, I had disabled another bar. The toolbar now does not show, however clicking the user name still shows the profile data. -

You can hide whole toolbar by disabling Show Toolbar option in the CjForum options. If you want to hide only discover menu, you need to edit the layout file... -
