Actually I see the native Joomla! (article) categories in the topic Category drop down dialog (and they seem to work fine). -

Content category permissions are not required for CjForum. CjForum uses its own categories, not the article categories. Disabling Content permissions will not impact CjForum.... -

Author aliases are not used, users have an option to configure their own profile nick name in their profiles. -

I found the issue. The default Content events are not triggered to index the new content, I need to manually trigger them. Will be fixed with next release. -

For passed quiz and failed quiz rules, you can configure points in your quiz itself. Edit your quiz, go to Extended Options tab and you can configure points here.
