It seems that, to select the recipient of a PM, the group must be entitled of Access Administration Interface.Otherwise he gets a 403 error. -

Well, the configuration is the same that for TinyMCE, I just switched the editor. I enabled your bodd*** user but if I give the page url you won't be able to edit it...
