Trashed responses will not be deleted from the database rather stay with trashed status. To delete them permanently, filter your responses by Trashed status and delete them. -

There is no scheduling feature available for email invitations. Scheduling can only be done for a survey when it needs to start and end. -

A component can handle the display of header, Sociable does not. It leaves up to the decision of the template provider to show menu header or not. -
