    There seems to be a javascript conflict. Try to comment out the below code in media/com_communitysurveys/js/cj.survey.min.js Line 831 $("a.lightbox").colorbox({'photo': true, maxWidth: 800, maxHeight: 600}); Change it to or remove it //$("a.lightbox").colorbox({'photo': true, maxWidth: 800, maxHeight: 600});

    please disregard my previous reply. The problem was that my survey did not belong to a certain category (it was under root).

    Hi, I have recently purchased community surveys and seems I have the same issue with the permissions. Although Respond permission is allowed to public, when I try to submit an answer I get the message  RC 4: Please login to continue. If I login (as a simple user) and try again I get the message RC 5: You are unauthorized to perform this operation. Only when I'm logged in as a super user I can submit an answer. thanks in advance for your help

    Hi Maverick, thanks for your quick reply! 1) Checked but even with "create permission to public user" the problem remains (anyway I only want that webmaster creates surveys and not users) 2) I'd like to give you the url but I prefere as "private" message, I can send You admin and password account.

    1. Go to Community Surveys Options -> Permission Settings -> Check if create permission is given to public user group. 2. Could be a JavaScript conflict, where can I see the issue? 3. The file is available in downloads section at the end of listing of community surveys downloads. Please note v4 is still in beta.

    Hi, I've installed Community Surveys 3.8.4 following instructions on Joomla 3.4.4. I've 3 issues for You: 1) Even if my Survey is "Public" and "Anonymous" and menù voice is Public, I can see the Survey only once logged in. 2) Once logged if I click on the button "Next" after selecting the answer, nothing happens, I can only click to "cancel" to go back. 3) In control panel I see CS4.0.0 available but I can't download it from your site.

    Hi Maverick, Thank you so much for the prompt reply. When I try to change the Submit Article Handler as you adviced at CJBlog options it was set to CJBlog as default (this is the one not working), But when I changed to Joomla as the Submit Article Handler then it started to work but not using the CJBlog Article Form Layout. If you may, please take a look of my website. I will be sending you my website details.   Thank you so much for the prompt support. Best regards, Dennis

    Go to CjBlog options and try to change the article form handler to CjBlog. By default it will use your Joomla article form handler. If the problem still persist, please send me your website details using contact us form so that I can check it.

  • Maverick replied to the topic Error code: 10251.

    October 9 at 5:30 pm

    That's a perfect query, I don't see any error. However when I copy paste that sql to my sql editor, I can see a space between count and "(*)" text. So  count (*) as votes should be count(*) as votes Line 3513 of components/com_communitysurveys/models/survey.php question_id, answer_id, column_id, count(*) as votes I can see no space in above code, not sure how it came in your query. but anyway please check the file once.

    I am not sure what code hacks you are doing, when I install the latest version it come back to normally. I can't see any issue with creating questions. can you let me know steps to reproduce?
