If it is on front-end, it could be a cache issue. otherwise it will not. Can you send me your website details so that I can check it? -
Bryon created new topic Hide Some Options and Tabs when Creating New Quiz.

Quiz creators told me its confusing when they create the first quiz. So, I wonder if its possible for the admin to hide some tabs like "Quiz Options", "Publishing" and "language" Also, Alias on "Quiz Content" is not needed to be shown. -

I am aware that there are no restrictions to the component itself. There are no errors either in browser console. I tried to add new page so many times during a period of two hours last night and it was not possible. I tried this morning and managed to add page 4, same situation as one of previous posters with the same problem. Could this be some cache thing or...? -

It seems that I can't add more than 3 pages to a survey. I've seen other posts from users with same issues, but none contains the solution to a problem. Would you be so kind to share the solution, as it is quite silly to solve the same thing several times, insead of explaining us (one by one) how to solve it, or , even worse, doing it by yourself every time? I use J 3.4.4 and Community Survey 3.8.4. if this is of any importance. Thanks -

If you are sure the responses are completed, run below queries on your database (with appropriate substitutions of values). update XXX_survey_responses set completed = now() where survey_id = SURVEYID;update XXX_survey_keys set response_status = 1 where survey_id = SURVEYID; -

Thanks for the answer. Now this problem has been resolved. However, the report displays data for only one of the respondents. In the main table I have shown that I have 36 completed questionnaires. However, when I export data in the format of CSV I pointed out that only one completed questionnaire. The rest are in Pending status. Maybe I need to change the status of force by mysql table? Almost all the answers I have from anonymous users. To view the survey using module Sommuniti Surveys Form and plugin "[loadposition xxx]". -

Hi, I have a slight issue here with the image upload. Its not a problem but very annoying because the quiz creators often upload images to my joomla root folder and mess up other images. Is it possible to restrict a path for quiz creators to access the community quiz image folder only? root/images/quiz -

Please check now, I added few hacks in my component to override the duplicates. Its not about compatibility rather there are conflicts created by other modules loaded on the same page (or some plugin). I don't mind fixing it from my component, however just check your browser console, all your pages has the javascript errors and they can effect functionality on your pages. They should be fixed from the root cause. -

After some hours of test, unfortunatly I must say that the solution fixing Jquery when clicking on surveys button is not working. I'd like to use your product because I really like it, but It's important to make it work in full compatibility with the other plugins of the site.Obviously I can pay you for helping me in succesfully solve this issue. Thanks for your patience. -

Ok, here is the actual issue. There are multiple jQuery libraries being loaded and overwrites everything else loaded before, hence it is failing. <script src="/PRODUCTION/ECCITALIA/templates/002/jquery.js?version=1.0.419"></script><script src="/PRODUCTION/ECCITALIA/templates/002/js/jui/jquery.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script><script src="/PRODUCTION/ECCITALIA/media/jui/js/jquery.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script> I suggest you to use some jquery plugin to fix this issue. Also you ca -
