OK I have deleted all the files in the thumbnail folder yesterday and changed the size of the images from options. Today I access the page and it appears that the change in image size is only working on the second page (when you scroll to next page). The first page images are still the same size as before and new sizes hasn't taken any effect? Whys that? -

I have a few questions: 1) Can I just change the number (in pixels is it?) from 96 to a bigger number? I need the images to be much bigger. The original images in the articles are at least 400-600 pixels wide but I don't need them to be that big maybe a quarter of the size. 2) I have cleared the images but it is not creating them again. At what point or how do I get it to recreate the images with the new pixel setting? 3) Which file should I be editing to change the pixel values as there are now two articles_list.php, one in bootstrap3 folder that didn't exist before? 4) I don't know what happened but since you've logged in, I am not able to login to the backend using the secured link I sent you anymore? Very strange... and I need access to it for some admin work. Awaiting your response asap. -

I tried changing it to: $thumbSize = 48; or even increased this number to increase the size of the image? but it didn't do anything. SO tried deleting the files in the thumbnail folder. This didn't work either as the same thumbnail files just gets automatically recreated again.. The images in the joomla articles are much bigger than the original setting so I'm trying to increase the size of the thumbnails as they are very small by default. What am I doing wrong? -
