I was able to install the blog just fine, but not the core library. I'm also using XAMPP on localhost. -

Except that that isn't the error I was given, so how is that relevant? Also read/write permissions are all good. -

When trying to install I get this error:Warning Install path does not exist. Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: com_cjlib.zip
