That error means the CP javascript file is not loaded on your page. It might be possible that YooTheme page builder removing the scripts or loading conflicting jQuery library... -

There must be some javascript error. Can you open browser developer console by pressing F12 and post the errors from the developer console? -

Sorry about the confusion caused. You are using the "Answers Layout" option value "Vertical Columns". The youtube video cannot be fit in such small block so it will not show... -
