Big request to modify the reporting associated with used devices, Now it is not possible to understand how many users participated in the survey from mobile devices, PC, tablets etc. For me for example it is important to understand how many users with mobile devices have started the survey but did not complete it to the end. Thank you for noticing. Really the message that the country is Unknown Country to be displayed for all IP addresses (even if it is other countries).what could be the problem ? I downloaded the latest databaseThank you -

Hi ! I downloaded the latest version GeoLiteCityand put it in media/com_cjlib/geoip/GeoLiteCity.datbut unfortunately, when rendering a report all IP addresses belonging to Russia not shown. The component displays a message that the country is not known. As far as I know GeoLiteCity supports Russian IP address.what could be the problem? Thanks Alexey -

Thanks for the answer. Now this problem has been resolved. However, the report displays data for only one of the respondents. In the main table I have shown that I have 36 completed questionnaires. However, when I export data in the format of CSV I pointed out that only one completed questionnaire. The rest are in Pending status. Maybe I need to change the status of force by mysql table? Almost all the answers I have from anonymous users. To view the survey using module Sommuniti Surveys Form and plugin "[loadposition xxx]". -

I insert the Survey in an article with the plugin {loadposition opros1}.Survey ends normally if the user is not logged on the website. If the survey is a registered user can not be complete. Displays an error after you click Continue: "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again." The properties of the survey removed all restrictions on unique users. Please, help solve this problem -

I am trying to use a Community Survey, together with the component Zoo. To view the survey using module Сommuniti Surveys Form and plugin {loadposition xxx}. Survey displayed normally. But when I press the button to "continue" the output message: "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again." And a survey is not completed. Can I do something about this? -

That means you have enabled points for survey credits but the user do not have enough points to purchase survey credits. If this is not expected, set 0 as value to points per credit option in Components->Community Surveys->Click on Options button on toolbar->Third Party Settings -
