After saving, it does not allow me to add, delete or edit anything. I must close and click on edit questions again. -

The same happens to me. I answer the survey once, the second time, I see the answers from the first time, but the answers are no longer visible the third time. -

It happens exactly the same. The second time they enter the survey, the responses from the first time are preserved in the form.
