Hi Maverick, No additional SEF extensions. In the Global settings SEF is turned on but this was also true when the surveys worked. If i create a module and place it in an article the page becomes a 404. If i turn off (disable) the module the page works again. I am in your hands Maverick, Please help. Glenn -

Hi, When i add a survey as a module or a menu link the page does not work, appears as a 404 - Page not found. Joomla! 3.3.6 Stable PHP version 5.4.45 In fact when i check now all pages displaying any survey, forms or results are all appearing as 404. Example: http://spm.sch.id/index.php/our-school/jr-sr-high/an-amazing-study-opportunity Please help. glenn -

Hi all, I have recently updated to the latest version of Community Survey, pkg_communitysurveys_v4.0.2, and am using it on Joomla 3.3.6. Sadly now when i try to create a new survey i get this message. 500 JHtmlBehavior::formvalidator not found. I tried this work around (editing the edit.php) i found on this forum and it worked for another user but sady it has not work for me. I keep getting the same error message. JHtml::_('behavior.formvalidator'); change it to JHtml::_('behavior.formvalidation'); Thank you very much in advance and have a great day. glenn -

Hi Maverick, I have a similar problem. I am using Joomla 3.3.6 Stable. Have tried this fix but the results are the same. JHtml::_('behavior.formvalidator'); change it to JHtml::_('behavior.formvalidation'); Could you please help. Thank you. glenn
