I believe you are shown this error during installation. if it is the case, then please note that this is the CB plugin and not standard installer. You need to use CB installer... -

CA allows guest users to post questions/answers, however they must submit name and email id. -

It will by default show in the quizzes list menu item, it is expected as the response can be viewed from reports page and my responses page. You can change this behavior by... -
