Are you using latest version of CjLib version? Please note that you need PHP 5.6 and Joomla 3.6+. -

It is little tricky, Your main menu and toolbar are having same z-index. So if we adjust the toolbar z-index, your main menu will go under toolbar. But will fix issue with... -

There may be some issue while creating tables during installation. Try installing the package again which will create them. -
