Can you remove that last one "New Answer" and try? And do you see any error on your browser console? If you are comfirtable, you can even check the result of the ajax call on network tab of the developer console in your chrome browser (F12). When I tried to add the above 5 answers, I get no errors. -

So do you still get that error? I don't think it will come as the column now exists. -

The editor is shown now after refreshing the page. However, the Image editor-xtd button at the bottom of the editor is now shown. So, I cant attach an image. -

Maverick, OK, this issue now seems to be solved, as I was searching deeper in to this forum and came across this topic: https://www.corejoomla.com/forum/support/community-surveys/14638-an-error-occurred-while-processing-your-request.html I noticed I had a blank page with no question, so I deleted it from the survey, cleared cookies n cache and took my survey... I now get the custom completion message and got an admin email to say a response had been received. *phew* Thanks for the above, this item is now solved and on lol. Regards, -

I am not sure what happened, but the quiz level permissions are not inherited from neither component permissions nor the category permissions. So the guests cannot respond. Once I edit and save the quiz, they are automatically gets inherited. So the fix is edit the quiz and save it once. -

There are image/images type questions, you can attach one image per answer. check the question types in your question editing screen. File upload question type is also present. -

There is no other editor. Just a textarea. I have disabled many editor-xtd plugin option as well. Wonder if these have any effect on the editor. -
