Can you add it to the menu item with alias /users or remove that duplicate menu? I see your users list menu always redirecting to /users. -

I added the meta description to the user list menu item as you suggested, still, nothing shows up (see attached) -

The meta description can be added to the Users List menu item under metadata tab. -

The URL was using category list menu item instead of category menu item. I unpublished the category list menu item and it works now. -
