    Unfortunately that is not possible. If you want to load a poll with voting capability, the stream should support loading javascripts or at least executing content plugins. As far as I know easysocial can support neither of these.

    Create a new menu item just like any other and select "Community Polls -> Create Poll" as menu item type.

    Hi Maverick, I am still having problems with modal boxes and now I can't even delete survey questions. None of the modal boxes seem to work properly and it doesn't look to good to my users.  I get the following javascript error:  Uncaught TypeError: $(...).modal(...).find is not a function http://www.wessexlifescience.co.uk/media/com_communitysurveys/js/cj.surveys.min.js   Please can you help me solve this? You can see this by accessing: www.wessexlifescience.co.uk/Surveys  user: core password: core01   Kind regards   Mel

    Thanks a lot for your help. It worked, at least partially.  what I noticed is that when the user publishes a new poll, only the notification appears in his stream. I want the actual poll (question and answer choices) to appear in the stream so that other user can vote on the pool without leaving the page. How can I do that?  Thanks.

    The module will load poll in a module position. If you want to use regular component view, just create the menu item and publish it on front-end.

    Hi There,  Currently my random polls module offer a "vote form" button that loads the voting form into the very small module area that is almost useless. Is there any way (1. configuration option, 2. override suggestion) to redirect this button to load a normal size voting page of the given poll? Thanks, W.

    There is an inline JavaScript code is being loaded and it is causing issue. jQuery.noConflict(); jQuery(function($) { $("a.fancybox-button").fancybox({ //padding: 0, //fitToView : false, helpers : { title : { type : 'inside' }, // options: over, inside, outside, float buttons : {} }, afterLoad : function() { this.title = '<b class="fancyboxCounter">Image ' + (this.index + 1) + ' of ' + this.group.length + '</b>' + (this.title ? this.title : ''); } }); }); This code is looking for some jQuery plugin (fancybox) but it is not available on your page.

    It is awesome, I helped them out with the avatar and about text as that was pulled from the database instead of via the api: so my easyprofile (and all other avatar integrations) now work as well :) What would be really awesome is that an email is triggered when a certain badge is assigned: e.g. when somebody has x blogs and is granted the 'top-blogger' badge, an email whould be sent (via acymailing) that would congratulate him/her an that achievement. Acymailing has an integrated possibility to e.g. override the joomla system emails. So having a functionality like that would be really great. Not sure how to do it as I am not a developer :)

    Hi, just to inform you. The acymailing plugin I created to display CJ user points in a newsletter has been 'picked up' by the development team of acymailing. The new plugin can do a whole lot more :) see screen capture. It is available from their website: https://www.acyba.com/download-area/download/plugin-cjblog.html

    You are not supposed to remove the files manually. You should simply uninstall the package and it will remove all plugins and modules along with component. Anyway, please this procedure. - Uninstall all Cj plugins from Externsions->Plugins page- Now Uninstall all Cj components- Now uninstall CjLib component

    ok, i did rename cjforum (directory) to cjforum_old and while i got the error logging in, i did hit refresh for some reason and i got in. so the question now is - can i get some help in cleaning up cj-stuff off this site itself? i won't be using it here but will sort through it for another project/site and am likely to use what i purchased there instead. any clean up help greatly appreciated and as a suggestion, not sure if you or joomla who would control this, but a "remove all" category inside the componant itself would save a lot of users a lot of time trying to clean up when htey missed a piece or two. thanks for the help. jerry
