Options for user to send PM to administrator(s)/moderator(s)

Somewhat related to the suggestion to report a posting, but sometimes a user would like to have the attention of whomever of the administrators/moderators is logged in or possibly otherwise available.

With the DM system you can only send a DM to one user. Most forums have multiple administrators and/or moderators. It would be great if the user has the option to DM all the administrators and/or moderators.
