New threads should be more visible

Right now you can see in the Recent topics if there are new replies to a thread.

If there is just a new thread with one posting, it isn't obvious at all. Maybe give the category another color to show there are new threads in a category, and do something different with new threads in a category. Another color, make the title bold, something like that. And when a user has read a new thread, the color should be back to default, or the bold should be undone.
