This is a known issue with tinymce. It will automatically correct the url relative to the page which makes it unusable. JCE editor does it better with the options to control... -

Please try refreshing the page after you click on create urls button. There is a known issue that restrict the list to be updated. But the URLs will be created. -

Trashed responses will not be deleted from the database rather stay with trashed status. To delete them permanently, filter your responses by Trashed status and delete them. -

There is no scheduling feature available for email invitations. Scheduling can only be done for a survey when it needs to start and end. -

A component can handle the display of header, Sociable does not. It leaves up to the decision of the template provider to show menu header or not. -

Page header is controlled by your template and is outside of the component are being displayed. Your template may have no support for it. -

I am not sure why that error occurred, but the issue was caused by a code that is deprecated/unused for this type of URL. So delete that code for a quick fix as it is anyway... -
