I believe you are showing the survey list menu item. The list menu item shows all public surveys. If you do not want to show the survey list, create the menu for single survey... -

AltaUser Points rules are bundled in the package. Scan for rules and they are automatically detected. -

Now I understood what is the problem. The issue is not with the mandatory option rather the min/max options. I will check and fix the issue. Meanwhile as a workaround, please... -
