3 files for - Points assigned for creating a survey- Points assigned for responding to survey- Points deducted (for each response) from survey author (credits) for using your survey system. Usefull if you want to charge your users for using your survey system. Yes, survey points are added or deducted when it is created, not published. -

This is not the right plugin. Filter by user type in plugins and see the plugin with name "User - Community Answers". -

Not needed. This is the one time job. If they are not syncing that means the Community Answers user plugin is enabled. Can you check that? -

Presently that is not possible. it needs traversing the category tree every row which effects performance as well. -
