Are the users logged in? If yes, the user id will be captured in user response. -

The emails are queued up and sent when the cron executes. By default manual cron will be used to trigger emails from CjLib component. This will happen when you visit frontend pages of the component. If you want to send emails automatically, you can use cronjobs. Please read below documentation: http://wiki.corejoomla.com/Setup_cronjob_to_trigger_emails_automatically -

Here are the answers. 1. Can admin create multiple quizes and assign different quiestions to each quiz? Yes 2. User who will take exam on frontend can view the resutl of the quiz at the end of the exam? Yes 3. Can admin email notified abot the user exam? Yes 4. Can admin set which type of user will take exam? You can allow any Joomla user group to take quiz. 5. Can admin view result of each user? Yes. 6. Can user notified with email about their result?Yes. -

Here are my thoughs. -> I believe view topic access is denied in your permission settings so it shows 404 error when user is redirected to the topic after saving-> The topic is sent for moderation as the moderation permission is enabled for the user group. So it is not published by default. Ranks: -> Special ranks are assigned manually, for example administrator, developer etc.-> Standard ranks are assigned automatically based on number of posts. -

The code with all files looks good, but have a small suggestion. Instead of the permission name as pro.capabilities a standard name such as core.viewprofile can be used which is more suitable name that pro capabilities. Here what we are restricting is showing profile to the users without the permission. If any other permissions needed, we can add additional permissions. -
