Archiving is a feature of Joomla article system itself and CjBlog uses Joomla article system. Presently no module available for listing month-wise lists. I am developing this module now and will publish soon.

Unfortunately, safari for windows was discontinued and I do not have iPad :-(  The star rating is a jQuery plugin. https://github.com/irfan/jquery-star-rating If you think it is a bug, please post a bug report on github.

No, you need to generate urls from the component only. You can manually generate as many urls as you need and use them for your apps.

Edit or override components/com_communitysurveys/layouts/default(or bootstrap3)/survey/survey_intro.php and delete following line. <p><?php echo JText::_('COM_COMMUNITYSURVEYS_SOCIAL_SHARING_DESC');?></p>

    March 3 at 3:30 am

Yes. The restrictions allow you to restrict multiple responses. It has nothing to do with user details. When the survey is onymous, it can capture logged in user details. The only case where the user details are captured even if user is not logged in is when you invite registered users from the component. The unique urls sent to users act as login information.
