Yes, it was mistake to include that link in original release, anyway that page was developed already any is now included in latest release. You can check it on demo. -

But I have removed tooltip on the star ratings. I believe your browser is showing cached files, please clear browser and server cache and try. -

In backend please check if the quiz is checked out by the user. If an item is checked out, other users cannot modify. -

First of all do not post any user credentials on public forum. For the above mentioned issue, which is found with few websites, a fix is being released today. Please update once it is shown on your website. -

Radio grid is nothing but a list of radio box type questions. You define marks for each answer and all selected marks will addup at the end. -

there is no such possibility in survey at this time. However you can customize code to get this done, unfortunately my time doesn't permit me to do custom coding at this time, sorry. One suggestion, community quiz has such builtin feature, is there any reason for choosing community surveys? -

So that error shows the component installed no database tables. This can be solved by installing the package again. Can you please try? -

There are many Joomla content plugins available which can allow you to insert youtube videos directly into the editor (question description or answer). -

The bootstrap progress bar css is not present in your bootstrap version. try to add below css in your template css override. #cj-wrapper .progress-bar {height: 20px; background-color: #3c763d;} -
