That looks like a bug with ordering. Please logoff and login to reset the state and you can edit it again. Will fix the issue in next release. -

The conditional rules works only with the regular answers and not custom answers. -

The meta description can be added to the Users List menu item under metadata tab. -

The URL was using category list menu item instead of category menu item. I unpublished the category list menu item and it works now. -
