It looks to be working fine now as you have CjLib v2.4.7 installed. If it is not, please clear your browser cache. -

I can see below error on browser console. Google Maps API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError This means you have not enabled Google Maps Directions API in your api key. Please enable it. -

Once user submitted/finalized the response, he cannot modify the answer. User can modify the answers only if the response is not finished. To view his responses, he can go to Account->My Responses page from toolbar. -

Hi, Thanks for the information. I manage to solve it. In case anyone is facing this problem too. It is related to MYSQL setting. Read this (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/sql-mode.html) There is this part where you need to remove the configuration in mysql no_zero_date to have the '0000-00-00 00:00:00'. Change can be in done in mysql my.ini file. Under sql-mode sql-mode="STRICT_ALL_TABLES,ERROR_FOR_DIVISION_BY_ZERO,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER" After which I am able to insert the state column. And I think most like this is the cause of the state not able to be added into the table upon installation. -

Are you using MySQL database or something else? "completed" column has default value "'0000-00-00 00:00:00'" which is valid if it is mysql or mariadb. -

The error message shows what went wrong. He must be trying to upload a file of type which is not allowed. Ask him the file extension and see if you allowed it in component options. -

Very Very good support. we found one of the tables had missing date after the upgrade and Maverick gave me details on how to resolve this. Again very very good support, well worth the cost of this component. lee -

This means the database table was not created or upgraded properly. Installing the component again will usually fix the problem, if not create the column manually using below sql query. ALTER IGNORE TABLE `XXX_survey_responses` ADD COLUMN `state` TINYINT(3) NOT NULL DEFAULT 1; replace XXX with your table prefix. -

After debugging a lot, the issue found to be with cache. After clearinig cache everything seems to be working normal. -

Can you please send me the file you are uploading? There could be issues with following: -> File size is too big and your server max file upload size is very small. May be your host changed this parameter -> The file is too big to process because of not enough memory. You may want to increase memory limit of your php process. -
