Free text answers can be very long, it could go thousands of answers. On normal view, first 5 answers will be shown and remaining can be shown by clicking on view all answers... -

Use private poll option. Give key only to required users. Anonymous polls obviously do not capture any user details so it is not possible to restrict users based on ip... -
