I don't think there is any dependency on version. All we do is call its API call which is same across versions. -

There is no such variable exist and none needed infact. Just enter your website name in the template wherever required as your domain name is static. -

I believe you published your survey url on public page where search engines can also crawl them. If they are from real users and if the users abandon the survey, we can't do... -
