Not built-in but possible. By default email will be sent to the users in a group which you configured in "Community Surveys - Surveys" plugin. Just create another... -

There is no option to choose activity feed for failed quiz in previous versions. It is available in v4.5.0. -

If you are only using it for GPS Tools, you can disable the plugin. -

That is because the komento content plugin is enabled and is adding comments in all content. By default gps tools trigger content plugins in description because many people... -
