That option is not present. However you can restrict taking votes after a certain date (though it is altogether different from your requirement). -

You should not enter the iframe code in the youtube option. Just enter the embed url. -

You are using private survey. So you must use either Global Survey Url or creating multiple unique survey urls to take the survey again. How you are accessing survey? -

If I remember, you were doing modifications to show featured questions by default. So I believe the search is being done on featured questions by default. The search works... -

Such issue happen only in case of corrupted categories table lft, rgt values. Did you migrated your site from Joomla 1.5 earlier? -
