This feature already exist in Community Surveys. Edit your survey and set the custom url in the "Custom Redirect Url" field. Then disable "Show Report" option. -

All files are stored in the same folder, hence it is not possible to keep the same name of the file you are uploading. I believe the name of the file you are downloading... -

1. This can be caused by the bootstrap version loaded by your template. You can check the options provided by GPS Tools for changing "Default Layout", "Load Bootstrap CSS"... -

You can export the survey as an xml file and import it later. Please note export will do only survey, not the responses. -

That must be a bug. The code at line 62 is causing the email triggering block never gets executed. return true; will fix this in next release.
