The string should be part of your language file, if not please add it COM_CJFORUM_LAST_REPLY_TEXT="Last replied by %1$s, %2$s" -

The setting should allow you to show answers in line. However, I believe your site css may be forcing each answer to show full row. Where can I see the... -

The category details are displayed in category list area above the quizzes list. It looks like you disabled it. -

The category image is displayed only on the category page. When you click on any category, you can see it, provided you enabled the corresponding option. -

This needs little code changes. However, current page name is shown if you choose to display "Jump to Page" option. Although it shows the select box with list of pages... -

Login name will show the username used to login to your site. Name shows the real name. Can you please let me know the page you see the real name even though login... -

The date will be in the same timezone as the user. Check if your user profile has different timezone settings. -
