Did you tried disabling "Show Publishing Options" option in the component settings (under "editing layout" tab)? -

Agree, the menu item should not show as it is not used. Earlier releases used legacy router which has customized page hence it used to work like that. v5... -

Single track menu item is not meant for showing track, it is used for the urls creation internally. If you would like to show a track on the menu item, please use following... -

Value column should be distinct, such as id. Do not choose state column which has all values same either 0 or 1. -

This looks to be a bug. The link shows only when the certificate pdf is available. However, since the user did not download it from the response page, it was never generated.... -

Your sql looks fine. How many records are there in that table? Do you see any errors in the apache error log? -
