This is not a known issue. Are you able to reproduce it with both questions and answers? btw.. captcha is used only for guests. -

This is controlled by your tags component settings. I think you need to allow create permissions in tags component permission settings. -

Presently the only way to reorder the pages is to update sort_order column in xxx_quiz_pages table. -

Search page do not use category menu items. It has it's own menu item available, please create menu item for Community Answers Advanced Search menu item type. -

The popup is used for ajax requests however CA don't use ajax. But we still can add the popup in CA. Will check it. -
